The Hotel Koenigswache is a modern first-class hotel which was built in 1968 and was renovated in 2001. The hotel has 40 rooms which are spread over 5 floors in one main building. The hotel is located in a quiet side street close to the Technical University, to the old, new and modern Pinakothek. Their exhibitions reach the size of the Louvre in Paris. Enterprises like Siemens or BMW are easy to reach with the Underground. Stop Theresienstrasse is 200 metres from our hotel. U-2 offers direct connection to central station and fair grounds.
